Attendee Payments, Refunds & Terms
Payments
By submitting the Attendee Registration form you agree to the charges to the credit card submitted for payment of the registration fees for the Texas EMS Medical Director Conference. Charges for credit card registrations will be made by Sladek Conference Services, Inc.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided after March 28, 2025. Before March 28, 2025, refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee. Refund requests must be made in writing by email to info@texasmdc.com.
Terms & Conditions
Registration for the Texas EMS Medical Director Conference incurs an obligation on your part to complete the registration process including paying registration fees. Registrations are to be paid immediately by credit card. All registrations must be paid in full upon commencement of conference proceedings. If you fail to cancel prior to the cancellation deadline, registration fees are not refundable. If you register for the Texas EMS Medical Director Conference, but do not attend, and do not cancel prior to the cancellation deadline, you are still liable for the registration fees.
